Our homes are built indoors in a controlled manufacturing environment. The materials used in each house are protected from the weather, which reduces the risk of warping, moisture damage and mold.
We have an in-house Quality Assurance team that enables us to thoroughly inspect the house while it is in the plant - and test it when it is completed on site.
Indoor air quality is higher as low VOC paints are used and all tiled areas use cement-based backer board which resists mold.
Increased energy efficiency as Haven provides a tighter building envelope. For example, our craftsmen install insulation with care to ensure the full value of the R-rating of the insulation is achieved.
Water efficiency is greater as each home's plumbing is pressure-tested at 100 psi versus code of 60-65 psi.
