Builders: Haven’s Certified Builder program provides the company with an existing and ever expanding depth of builder partners available to deliver our quality products to homeowners within our expanding trade area.
Architects: Haven has entered into license agreements with some of the most respected, nationally and regionally recognized architectural firms. Those agreements provide Haven with a depth and variety of home plans that is uncommon amongst homebuilders. Those plans, which are represented in our Haven Collection afford our customers easy and affordable access to superior architectural quality.
Vendors: Haven’s relationships with some of the best consumer brands in the business enable us to offer customized features for every home at attractive pricing.
Developers: Through our Custom Builder program Haven has partnered with developers of some of the most prestigious master-planned communities in the eastern United States to deliver completed homes directly to consumers.
