Homes have been completed in Celebration, Florida, I’on, South Carolina, Asheville, North Carolina, East Beach, Virginia and with the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority in Norfolk, Virginia.

Our collection of traditional neighborhood homes reflects market tested design through the efficiency of the floor plans and historically correct interior and exterior architecture. With the input of builders, town architects and end users, the plans continue to evolve as more homes are built.

John Reagan is a member of the New Urban Guild, a Founding Board Member of the Ohio and Erie Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture and is active in the Congress for the New Urbanism.
