Kevin Smith oversees the company's design division, which offers customizable floor plans, elevations and finish options to clients. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Smith was director of architecture for Seagate Homes following a long tenure as senior architectural manager at Toll Brothers, Inc. Smith has provided architectural and design leadership for all phases of development and led an in-house, 30-plus member team that served more than 100 communities in 16 states. His background also includes quality control management, historic federal restoration and project management for numerous developments, including mixed-use projects and corporate accounts. Smith, a licensed architect in Florida and California, has a bachelor 's degree architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
