Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Melanie Lundquist joined Haven Custom Homes in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Lundquist brings a vast knowledge of the financial and mortgage industries to her role with the company. She has worked in the real estate industry, primarily in the public company sector, for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, she was the chief financial officer at Municipal Mortgage and Equity, LLC. From 1991 to 2004, Lundquist held various roles at The Rouse Company including senior vice president and corporate controller. Lundquist joined The Rouse Company after serving as the senior audit manager with KPMG LLP in Baltimore, Md. Lundquist is a summa cum laude graduate of Towson University and is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a past board chair of Humanim, Inc., a nonprofit human service provider in Columbia, Md., specializing in workforce development and clinical support services for at-risk populations.
