Vice President, Estimation

David Foose serves as the vice president of estimation at Haven Custom Homes. He is responsible for overseeing the production of cost estimates, change orders, and proposal revisions for residential and commercial building projects. In addition, he is responsible for scheduling new requests for proposals, auditing completed estimates and managing the day-to-day operations of the estimation department. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Foose worked at Williams Scotsman where he managed the construction of commercial modular buildings including schools, medial clinics and offices. Foose received a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in business administration from Wheeling Jesuit University.
