Laurence Brocato oversees the daily operations of the company. Prior to joining Haven Custom Homes, Brocato was employed at The Rouse Company for nearly 20 years where his last position was senior vice president and associate director of West Coast Community Development. During his tenure at The Rouse Company, Brocato held various roles in the company's commercial division, including project manager, development director and director of construction. Brocato has a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola University in Louisiana and accreditation toward a master's degree in business administration.
