Senior Vice President, Pennsylvania Operations

John Ballard serves as the senior vice president of operations at the Haven Custom Homes' indoor production facilities in Wingate and Beech Creek, Pennsylvania. In this role, he directs and manages all plant operations with responsibilities in production, maintenance, material procurement, quality and production-related activities. John has been with Haven for over 25 years, joining the company in 1981. He holds an Associates degree in construction and building technologies from Penn Tech.
