Green is - just a lot of talk unless the house has been certified by a third party through a rigorous process that verifies that specific design and implementation criteria have been met.

Every Haven Home, whether built to achieve a green certification or not, is more durable, and more energy efficient, because that's the way we build it inside our controlled environment production facilities. All of our homes are considered ENERGY STAR ready.
The first step in capitalizing on the green building opportunity is determining the best certification program for your project. We will work with you to understand your goals, educate you about each of the programs, and determine which program makes the most sense for you.
Haven is capable of rating and providing recommendations for home design to recognized green building standards to include Energy Star, LEED for Homes, NAHB Green Builder Program and EarthCraft House as well as a variety of regional, state and local certification programs.
