Haven will help you build a home that matches your lifestyle and vision. We'll build it with the help of our local builders who will be your primary contact.

Nine Steps Start to Finish:

• Request information and specify where you want to build.
• One of our local Sales Managers will contact you to review the process. We can work with your local builder or help you select a local Haven Certified Builder.
• We'll work together to identify a house plan, elevation and finish level that's right for you.
• Execute a Finished Home Contract with your builder.
• Approve your builder's contract drawings and schedule.
• Haven and your builder obtain all necessary permits.
• Haven builds your home in our production facility while your builder builds your foundation.
• Haven delivers and sets your home on the foundation.
• Your builder completes on-site finish work and obtains your Certificate Of Occupancy.
