The Haven Method affords our customers a custom result, at the highest standards of quality, in a fraction of the time required of traditional site building techniques.

Diversity of Distribution Channels

Haven's products include single family and multi-family homes across a broad range of price points, commercial products including lodging, dormitories, apartments, and senior living structures as well as retail and office uses.
These products are sold through four distribution channels (1) Haven's Wholesale program which sells custom home modules to builders, (2) Haven's Preferred Builder Program through which we joint venture with builders to deliver finished homes to homebuyers, (3) Haven's Custom Builder Group which in limited areas sells directly to homeowners, and (4) Haven's Commercial Group which constructs turnkey commercial products for end-users.
