Sandy Spring Classic Homes, LLC is an affiliate of Sandy Spring Builders, LLC a Bethesda, Md.-based custom homebuilder that evolved from a small semi-custom home builder into one of the finest high-end custom home builders in the Washington, D.C., area over the past 25 years. Richard Mandell founded Sandy Spring Builders in 1982 and his homes quickly became known for their superior details and unique features. Ten years ago Phil Leibovitz and Mimi Brodsky Kress combined their successful home building company with Mandell to grow Sandy Spring Builders into what it is today.
