We work closely with architects who specialize in modular construction. This allows us to customize your dream home. If you have your own plans, we will duplicate these plans for you using modular, panelized or stick construction depending on the circumstances and which mode of construction works best for you.
Should you be interested in a new home, addition or renovation, we hope that you will give us a chance to bid on your project. For new homes, additions or renovations that require a plan to be drawn, a design fee is sometimes required. This depends on the circumstances. We are happy to bid on any job that already has a set of plans at "no charge".
