Connecticut Valley Homes is a Connecticut and Rhode Island-based custom modular home builder that has provided custom, environmentally friendly homes to more than 1,400 homeowners. Founded in 1981 by Catherine Taylor with a vision for helping people build superbly designed homes, using high quality materials with more amenities than they thought possible.

Connecticut Valley Homes has completed several residential and commercial island construction projects, including projects in the North Atlantic on Block Island, R.I., and Fishers Island, N.Y., both of which are accessible only by ferry. And in recent years, they have added commercial projects including medical facilities, a youth group home, veterinary clinic, retail offices and a mixed-use project including an apartment building and employee housing.
