Approximately 90 percent of our homes today are custom, built to plan and specifications jointly generated by builders and their customers.

A preferred builder relationship with Haven Custom Homes will deliver a variety of marketing, design, and financing benefits that will allow the builder to improve the quality, scale and performance of its operations.
